Evie Freeman joined Jet Aviation as VP global customer standards and service in January 2020, where she is responsible for developing and implementing a cohesive global strategy to drive exceptional customer service. Freeman joined Jet Aviation from BBA Aviation – Signature Flight Support, where she spent eleven years, most recently serving as managing director EMEA.
She is the former owner of the London Gatwick FBO sold to Signature in 2000 and founder of the Elite Class VIP Commercial Service currently offered in Luton, U.K., and across the U.S. She has experience leading geographically dispersed teams of 500+ employees. She also led the final design, build, and integration of a multi-million capital investment at Luton Airport, creating a state-of-the-art private jet terminal at London’s leading B&GA airport. Freeman trained in ballet and performing arts at Tring Park and the University of Roehampton, has a Diploma in Leadership Skills from Ashridge Business School and completed the BBA Leadership Development Program for Senior leaders at Duke University in Durham NC.
