Women in Business Aviation networking event

Winch Design were delighted to host the first Women in Business Aviation breakfast networking event in Geneva, Switzerland during EBACE on Wednesday 29^th May 2024. The event took place at the La Réserve Geneva hotel and welcomed a diverse group of women from across the business aviation sector.

We launched the Women in Business Aviation network on International Women’s Day in 2023. The network is chaired and driven by our female CEO Aino Grapin. As a values – driven, employee owned company we are always looking for ways to strengthen our community, not just in our own teams but in the industries we work in.

The idea around the Women in Business Aviation network is to nurture business relationships and help make the aviation industry more accessible and inclusive. Our goal is to promote and celebrate the achievements of incredible women across the business aviation realm, bringing together leading females to pave the way for future generations, inspire others and break down stereotypes.
