Winch Design launch Women in Business Aviation network
As a values-driven, employee-run company, we are always looking for ways to strengthen our community, not just among our team but within all the industries we work in.
This International Women’s Day, we’re looking to the sky with the launch of a new initiative, the Winch Design Women in Business Aviation Network. Through this ongoing programme, we will promote and celebrate the achievements of incredible women smashing glass ceilings across business aviation, and inspire and encourage future generations to join the industry.
Our first all-female networking event will take place later this year and will be a positive space for like-minded women to come together.
