Helen leads the procurement team, expertly managing the sourcing and delivery of FF&E for bespoke yacht, aviation, and architectural projects across the globe. She oversees a team of 14, working in close collaboration with project management and design teams to ensure every client’s vision is realised precisely as intended - on time, on budget, and to the highest specification. Through her thoughtful approach, Helen fosters lasting relationships between Winch Design and its industry partners.

With over 20 years of industry experience, Helen brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Prior to joining Winch Design, she held roles in fabric trend forecasting and quality control, and she also established and led the procurement team at a London-based interior design studio - further honing her expertise in delivering complex, high-end projects.
