Working alongside the senior management team, Paulina is responsible for designing and implementing the people strategy to support the business through the new phase. She has a passion and track record for building engaged, agile and high performing teams.
With an MA in Human Resources Management, Paulina has over 20 years of experience in HR leadership. Most recently she successfully led the HR transition programme following an acquisition from LVMH back to DeBeers Group.
