Winch Design is celebrating its 35th Anniversary this month in what has already been a landmark year for the company. Following the announcement of full employee ownership this week, Winch Design looks back at 35 successful years in business, from its founding by Andrew and Jane in 1986, to becoming the internationally renowned yachts, aviation and architectural design studio it is today. Few could have foreseen the accomplishments achieved and respect earned over the last 35 years, a true testament to the skill, dedication and innovative creativity of all the employees at Winch, without whom none of this would have been possible. Winch Design would like to thank every partner, employee, collaborator, friend and family member who has played a part in helping this business flourish, turning countless dreams into reality and inspiring future generations - here’s to the next 35. To mark this special occasion, the team is proud to unveil a 35th Anniversary logo, a design inspired by coral, the traditional symbol for 35th anniversaries, and a fitting image for this ocean-loving studio.
