As a values-driven, employee-run company, we are always looking for ways to strengthen our community, not just amongst our team but within all the industries we work in. On International Women’s Day 2023, we launched a new diversity initiative, the Winch Design Women in Business Aviation Network. Through this ongoing programme, we will equally promote and celebrate the achievements of incredible women smashing glass ceilings across business aviation, and also inspire and encourage future generations to join the industry.

At Winch, I’m incredibly proud to say that we employ more women than men overall and 2/3rds of our leadership team are women. As equality continues to progress, now is a great time for women to embrace the career of their dreams. No matter what your gender is, it is key to find your purpose and passion which can propel you into the right direction. Throughout my career I’ve been supported by many incredible women and because of this, supporting the women at Winch and the wider industry is very close to my heart.
