As a values-driven, employee-run company, we are always looking for ways to strengthen our community, not just amongst our team but within all the industries we work in. On International Women’s Day 2023, we launched a new diversity initiative, the Winch Design Women in Business Aviation Network. Through this ongoing programme, we aim to celebrate the remarkable achievements of women breaking barriers in business aviation, while also inspiring and empowering the next generation to join the industry.
In 2024, we hosted our inaugural Women in Business Aviation Networking Breakfast at EBACE. Building on that success, in 2025 we partnered with F/List to host a Women in Business Aviation Networking Dinner as part of the Business Jet and VIP Interiors Innovation Summit.

At Winch, I’m incredibly proud to say that we employ more women than men overall and 2/3rds of our leadership team are women. As equality continues to progress, now is a great time for women to embrace the career of their dreams. No matter what your gender is, it is key to find your purpose and passion which can propel you into the right direction. Throughout my career I’ve been supported by many incredible women and because of this, supporting the women at Winch and the wider industry is very close to my heart.
