Matthew has been with Winch Design since 2012, joining as a Project Manager and working his way up to Partnership in the Yachts and Aviation department. Matthew’s passion is full custom yachts. He loves taking the brief from a client and translating this into reality, adding the Winch Design creative stamp in the process and navigating obstacles through innovative ideas. He has most recently been working on the largest Winch designed yacht to date, mentoring a talented and dynamic team through a process that he knows so well.
