She leads talent development and employee experience while championing Winch Design’s employee-owned ethos. With over 30 years of experience and an MA in HR Leadership, Paulina brings deep expertise in organisational culture and transformation. Before joining Winch Design, she successfully led the HR transition programme following an acquisition from LVMH back to De Beers Group.
