Passionate about shaping exceptional workplace cultures, Paulina leads Winch Design’s people strategy, ensuring the studio continues to be a collaborative, innovative, and inspiring place to work. She oversees talent development and employee experience, championing Winch Design’s employee-owned ethos. 

With over 30 years of experience and an MA in HR, Paulina brings extensive expertise in organisational culture and transformation. Before joining Winch Design, she held senior HR roles in the luxury retail sector, including leading the HR transition programme following De Beers Group’s acquisition from LVMH and serving as HR Director at Charles Tyrwhitt. Her pragmatic and grounded leadership style fosters a strong, people-focused culture.
