Simon Tomlinson is the Director of the ever-expanding Architecture studio. He gained extensive international experience before joining Winch Design in 2008 and since then has managed and completed complex projects for clients in all corners of the world. Having built an energetic and open environment, he guides the teams both creatively and strategically.
Simon became a Director in 2019 and since Winch Design became employee owned in June 2021, has become Co-Director of the operating board. Simon is incredibly affable and has a hugely positive and motivational influence on the Winch Design team. He uses his natural leadership, communication and design skills to drive creativity forward and particularly enjoys client interaction, taking immense pride in turning dreams into reality.
