Simon Tomlinson leads the creative direction of the Winch Design architecture studio team and has been a director of the Board since 2019. A RIBA-certified architect, Simon holds degrees from the University of Cape Town, Cape Peninsula University of Technology, and the Architectural Association. Before joining Winch Design in 2008 to establish its architecture practice, he gained extensive international experience across a range of high-profile projects.
Simon has successfully delivered complex projects for clients in all corners of the world, fostering a dynamic and collaborative studio environment. His leadership combines strategic vision with creative insight, guiding teams through every stage of the design process. Known for his strong communication and design skills, Simon thrives on working closely with clients, taking great pride in transforming their visions into reality.
