Having joined Winch Design in 1997 as an accounts assistant, Kirsten then spent nearly a decade working as Andrew’s PA, prior to moving on to office management, recruitment and HR, where she gained her Associate membership of the CIPD. Knowing the company and team inside out allows Kirsten to seek out and find the most talented individuals for the team, whilst ensuring the special Winch culture is retained.
Fun Facts:
Favourite building / yacht / plane (not WD)? - Not a project as such, but an initiative - the scholarship with Kingston Uni, so proud that we have launched this.
Quirky/fun fact about yourself? - I hate running, but do it for my soul! I am extremely competitive, mainly on a netball court....
The best piece of advice I've ever been given is.. - I have 2! A smile is free... use it all the time! If your life isn't going the way you want it to, only you can change it, take control and 'move your own cheese'
