A clifftop residence on Pointe Milou, Saint Barthélemy, designed from the ground up for one family and the particular way they live on the island. Ninety-eight bespoke pieces of furniture, a 12-seat dining table sized to precisely the number of people they entertain, and three guest suites each anchored to a different facet of St Barts: ocean, jungle and mountain.

The site set demanding terms - steep, coastal and hurricane-exposed, with no mains electricity on the island. Engineering drawn directly from our yacht work runs throughout: marine-grade hardware, automatic sun-tracking blinds, and a deck hatch that lowers furniture into protected storage before a storm arrives. The result is a home that performs as beautifully as it looks.
